He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Kelly and Catherine Kelly (Snyder); his son Joshua Addington; and his siblings, Patrick Kelly Jr., John Kelly and Vicky Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Tori Lashomb (Nate), Chad Addington and Terrah Kelly (Chris Measheaw); his grandchildren, Braedon, Breanna, Jocelyn, Avery, Gary, Jeremy, Jasmine, Brenden, Rilee, Kaleb, Jennifer and Christopher; his great grandchild Aurora; and his siblings, Jim Kelly (Brenda), Joe Kelly and Joan Kelly.
