He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bell and Helen Bell (Stevenson); his wife Lorraine; his siblings, Harold Bell and Flora Jean Bell-Conklin; and his daughter Kimberly Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Hoffman and Robert Bell; his grandchildren, Ben Hoffman, Cody, Alicia Hoffman, Robert, Keirsten Bell, Remington, Shelby Bell, Emma Bell and Ross Bell; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Delaney, Laila, Jack Hoffman, Carter Whitmarsh, Lucy, Sadie Hoffman, Robert III, Oaklynn, Reign Bell, Gunner and Grayden Bell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
