She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon K. Melhado and Mary Melhado (Snyder); and her children, Sandra Hoffacker and Charles Hoffacker. She is survived by: her son Ben Hoffacker (Theresa) of Santa Fe, NM.; her grandchildren, Charles Beau Hoffacker (Becca), Carly Rae Harriss (Matthew), Kelly Gonzales (Steven) and Benjamin Hoffacker, IV (Antoinette); and her great grandchildren, Aurora, Declan Harriss, Lilliana, Asahand Rio Gonzales, Ethan and Alma Hoffacker.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
