She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Roy and Marion Roy (Burnett); her former husband John Tiernan; and her sons, James, Ronald France and Kenneth E. France.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Joseph France (Amy Clark) and Andrew France; her great grandchild Emma France; and her husband Kenneth. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the O'Leary Funeral Service (5821 US-11, Canton, NY 13617). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (68 Court St, Canton, NY 13617).
