He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Chambers and Erma Chambers (Partlow); his siblings, Eileen Marie Chambers, Daniel, Paul, Bernard and Robert Chambers; and his brother-in-law Gary Burnham.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae; his daughter Gerilynn (Doug Goad); his grandchildren, Devin (Haven Chambers), Danielle Chambers and Alysa Goad; his great grandchildren, Casen, Cambrie, Savannah Chambers, Nataleigh, Landon Gonyou, Carter and Cameron Sloan; and his brother William. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made in Moose's honor to Tri-Town Rescue or St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
