She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Palmer Clarke and Evagene Loretta Clarke (Dunning); and her siblings, William Clarke, Betty Hull, Suzie Briggs, Jesse June Franklin and Calvin Clarke.
She is survived by: her husband John Latray of Ogdensburg; her daughter Dawn Latray (Edward Phillips) of Canton; her grandchildren, Jonathon Mitchell, Krystalyn Latray, Kasondra Baker and Sahara Baker; her siblings, Thomas Clarke (Nettie) of Russell and Virginia "Ginny" Butterfield (Fred); her nephew Warren Franklin; her nieces, Diane Bailey and Kelly Hull; her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Allen (Joe) of DeKalb and Nina Plaistaid of Hermon; and her close friend Karen Woodrow Pike of Russell. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
