He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Phillips and Byo Phillips (Lawrence); his wife Lucille Maria Mitchell; his daughter Shelly Donnelly; his siblings, Henry, Dolan, Yale, Royal Phillips, Mary Lou Mitchell, Vera Snyder and Beverly Bunstone; and his grandson Chase Baxter.
He is survived by: his children, Franklin "Bub" Phillips (Bobbie Jean), Brian Phillips (Jennifer) and Tammy Wilson (Ross); his grandchildren, Jerry Disottle Jr., Patience Disottle, Dustin Phillips (Savannah), Franky Lynn Phillips (Kevin), Austin Phillips (Renee), Alyssa Phillips (Rob), Aiden Donnelly, Aleah Donnelly, Amy Jo Gilbo, Koreena Holmes (Justin), Troy Wilson (Gabrielle), Conner Wilson, Kayley Phillips (Robert), Cody Phillips (Greta), Kass Phillips, Courtney Phillips (Micah), Jeremy Gilbo and Tessa Fefee; and his son-in-law Kevin Donnelly. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Buck Funeral Home (7 Park St, Norwood, NY 13668). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
