He is survived by: his children, Franklin "Bub" Phillips (Bobbie Jean), Brian Phillips (Jennifer) and Tammy Wilson (Ross); his grandchildren, Jerry Disottle Jr., Patience Disottle, Dustin Phillips (Savannah), Franky Lynn Phillips (Kevin), Austin Phillips (Renee), Alyssa Phillips (Rob), Aiden Donnelly, Aleah Donnelly, Amy Jo Gilbo, Koreena Holmes (Justin), Troy Wilson (Gabrielle), Conner Wilson, Kayley Phillips (Robert), Cody Phillips (Greta), Kass Phillips, Courtney Phillips (Micah), Jeremy Gilbo and Tessa Fefee; and his son-in-law Kevin Donnelly. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
