He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Daniels; and his son Joshua LaRock. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Cota; his wife Rene Howell; his children, Elizabeth Johns (Kenneth) of Canton, Melvin Daniels (Christine) of Canton and Westley Daniels (Meghan Henderson) of Canton; and his siblings, Patty Butterfield, Arloween Daniels, Lisa Holmes, Verna Bogardus, Melvin Daniels, Alfred Daniels and Norris Daniels. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
