It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda M. Rice (Canisteo, New York), born in Apalachin, New York, who passed away on July 12, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda M. Rice to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick W. Rice; and her parent Sylvanus Churchill. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Staffo (Donald) of Tuscaloosa, Gary Rice (Joanne) of Howard, N. Y., Nancy Cliff (William) of Grand Island and William Rice (Debbie) of Friendsville; her brother Norman Churchill (Jean) of Youngstown; her siblings-in-law, David Rice of Rome and Janet Rice of Binghamton, N. Y.; and her parent Mabel Churchill. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m., at Cornerstone Church, 1290 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lebanon VA Medical Center (https://www.volunteer.va.gov.
