With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard P. Warriner of Canisteo, New York, who passed away on October 18, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Warriner and Lillian Warriner (VanDuren); his siblings, David Warriner, Howard Warriner, Jr., John Warriner and Phyllis; and his brother-in-law Clarence Boehnke.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Bassett (Bassett); his children, Lavern (Peggy Warriner), Bob (Chris Warriner), Kathy (Jeff Mullen) and Jenifer (Steve Lewis); his grandchildren, Michael (Clancy Dobell), Megan Dobell Kingston (Chan VanDorn), Matthew Dobell, Bryce Warriner, Kelsey Warriner, Ethan Warriner, Teri Jo (Phill Kibbee), Jessica Burkhead, Bobbie Jo (Jake Forsythe), Sallie Warriner, Sondra Warriner (Brandon Palimisano), Kristy Williamson, Tracy Stillman (Jason Sciotti), Ashley (Tyler Canne), Justin (Tiffany Mullen), Brandon (Libby Lewis) and Rachel Lewis; his brother Edmond (Lois Warriner) of Canisteo; and his sisters-in-law, Arnet Warriner of Arkport, Marrilyn Warriner of Canisteo and Alice Jean Warriner of Rexville.
