He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis C. "Shorty" Doty and Margaret E. Doty (Newbury). He is survived by: his wife Loretta Doty of Portville; and his children, Darla Thomas (Victor) of Lobelville, TN, Mark Doty (Susan) of Lobelville, TN, Eric Doty of Portville and Douglas Doty (Julie) of Portville. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.
