She was predeceased by: her father Charles Gropstis; her grandmother Marilyn; and her sisters, Sharlene Jordan and Helen Payne. She is survived by: her mother Marlea Gropstis (Bates); her husband Carl Chase; her sons, Jeffrey Chase (Kathleen) and Gregory Chase (Janine); and her grandchildren, Christine Baker (Robert), Michael, Kyle, Joseph, Allyson, Craig, Jennifer, Nicholas and Brennan.

Memorial Contributions may be made to any Animal Shelter, the Canisteo Volunteer Fire Department or the Canisteo Police Club.
