It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet (Lamphier) Jackson of Canisteo, New York, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Samuel E., Oliett Streeter Pierson of Greenwood, Warren and Nellie Preston Lamphier of Canisteo; her husband Walter W. Jackson, Jr. of Canisteo; her brothers, Hugh and Harley Lamphier (Eleanor) of Greenwood; her great-niece Alison Lamphier of Vermont; and her son-in-law Dana Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Starla Jean Williams (Dana) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Amanda Fronczak (Chris) of Tonawanda, NY and Jonathan Williams (Sarah) of Lockport, NY; her great grandchildren, Cole Fronczak, Adeline Marie, Bella Rose, Kaia Grace Williams and Alec Jax; her niece Melinda Brown (Earl) of Essex Junction, VT; her nephew Steven Lamphier (Darlene) of Colchester, VT; her great-nephews, Sam Lamphier and Ben Brown; and her great-niece Hannah Lamphier.
