She was predeceased by: her husband William S. Mullen; her parents, Clarence Woodworth and Mary Woodworth (Stewart); her brother Clair Roger Woodworth; and her sister-in-law Frances Woodworth.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Woodworth; her siblings, Larry Woodworth (Jeanne), Alberta Gray (William), Audrey Hawkins (William) and Ronald Woodworth; her children, Susan Zimmer (Michael), Pamela Leach (Stephen Knapp), William J. Mullen (Judy) and Sharlene Carl (Daniel); and her grandchildren, Mark Payne (Sarah), Brenton Mullen (Danielle), Heather Saxton (Dustin), Jordan Wellington (Andy), Kate Buterbaugh (Tom), Kyle Leach (Ciara), Chelsea Carl and Erica Carl (Josh Johnson). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
