It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth R. McChesney of Canisteo, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loran Swartz and Adarkus Swartz (Potter); her husband Raymond L. McChesney; her sons, Carl J. and Terry McChesney; and her sister Bertha Proctor.
She is survived by: her children, Allen McChesney (Irene) of Scottsburg, David McChesney of Prattsburg, Shirley Sistarelli of Canisteo, Marla Drake (Edsel) of Salamanca, Lori Cragg (Robert) of Bath, Brenda Shipley of Canisteo, Jane Morseman (Larry) of Avoca, Lisa Cordes (Chuck) of Savona and JoEllen McChesney of Corona, Calif.; and her daughters-in-law, Sharon McChesney of Hornell and Carol McChesney of Lugoff, S. C.. She is also survived by 80 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
