He is survived by: his spouse Garness Luther; his children, Ludeema Rae Allington (Brian) of Woodhull, Molly Russell of Horseheads, Tammy Hubbard (Martin) of Kentucky, Kimberly Russell (Kenneth Wade) of Troupsburg and Christopher Russell (Lisa) of Horseheads; his siblings, Barbara Russell of Albany and Donald Russell (Becky) of Green, NY; and his brother-in-law William Stewart of Elmira. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
