She was predeceased by: her husband Major Hugh Booth; her sons, Raymond Booth and Richard Booth; and her sister Beverly Cameron. She is survived by: her parents, Harold Brewer and Eva Brewer (Golusha); her significant other Robert "Bob" Gennett of Canisteo; her children, Eva Boyles (William) of Hammondsport and Hugh Booth (Terry) of Watertown, WI; her grandchildren, Thomas Downey (Jamie), Leslie Bauch (Elo), Jamie Ferrero (Greg), Lindsey Downey (Todd Updyke), Alex Smith (Peter) and Richard Booth (Alicia); and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Antigone, Felicity, Annabelle, Laela, Hudson, Guadalupe, Lorelai, Marissa and Brenton.
Donna's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to either the Hornell Humane Society or to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
