She was predeceased by: her mother Dolores McKibbin-Jackson; her husband William D. Willey; her daughter Christina L. Simpson; and her grandson Justin M. She is survived by: her children, Delores Dailey (Randy), Stacey N. Kull and Karla Case; her siblings, Terri L. Moore (Merle), Tom E. Jackson (Martha) and Joe E. Jackson (Marty); and her close friend Chris Hallett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren with many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
