He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsley B. Crouch and Lois Estabrook Crouch; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer R. Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Hale; his children, Kevin L. Crouch, Carolyn M. Robinson (Frank) and Benjamin J. Crouch (Courtney Heilman); his granddaughter Samantha DuPree; and his brother LeRoy D. Crouch (Lila).
