She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph IV and Mary Hayden Bailey IV; her spouse Clark Perkins; and her sons, Robert Perkins and Richard Perkins (Valerie). She was also cherished by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
