He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Clemins and Hazel Clemins (Gump); his sisters, Millie Clemins, Brenda Russell and Paulette Nichols; his son Steven Clemins; and his nephew Joseph Clemins.
He is survived by: his brother John; his sister-in-law Wanda Clemins; his daughters, Paulette Clemins and Elizabeth Clemins; and his grandchildren, Suze Clemins and Andy Clemins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
