He is survived by: his children, Teresa Halstead, Wanda Clemins, Mark Blinn, Monica Blinn-Boulton (Shawn), Juanita Avery and Michael Blinn (Heather); his sister Joyce Page; his sister-in-law Eunice Blinn (Ruthie); his close friend Eric Halstead (Pat); and his wife Grace Blinn (Allen). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 1 ½ great-great grandchildren.
