He is survived by: his wife Ellen Foster (Kivlen); his son Rev. Melvin; his daughter-in-law Amanda Foster; his daughter Rima; his son-in-law Kevin Brooks; his stepdaughter Terri Andrews; his grandchildren, Elwyn, Ezekiel, Linden, Evangeline and Quinn; his siblings, Janette Newman, Gloria, Otto Aagaard, Jacqueline, Russell Edwards, Gordon, Rose Foster, Bradley Foster (Helen), Donna, Harry Heidl, Bonnie Marsh (Brian), Stanley, Pansy Foster, Vicki, Frank Lyon and Cheryl Karius; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Foster and Tina Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
