He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bartlow and Shirley Bartlow. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Bartlow; and his siblings, Susie, Johnny, Mike, Ricky, Paula, Cindy, Debbie and Joanie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
