With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Kay Blinn of Candor, New York, who passed away on July 16, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Blinn and Mary Blinn (McNeil); and her siblings, Samuel, Ralph and Kieta.
She is survived by: her son Porfirio 'Rod Rodriguez of Candor; her granddaughters, Jennifer, Cierra, Dallas and Lily; her brother Randy Blinn (Rose) of Candor; and her sister-in-law Ila Blinn of Endicott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
