It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda L. Allen of Candor, New York, born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester E. Smith and Shirley Sebring Smith; her former husband Clarence Hale; and her brother Bruce Smith. She is survived by: her husband Raymond M. Allen of Candor; and her siblings, Linda Anderson (William) of Groton, Ronald Smith (Dorothy) of Cincinnatus, Carol Smith of Cortland and Bonnie Oliver (Larry) of Groton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
