She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Holiavko. She is survived by: her children, Michael Holiavko (Laura Atwood-Holiavko) and Heidi Holiavko; and her grandchildren, Alexis and David.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Front Street Dog Shelter in Binghamton, NY and to St. Jude's Children's Hospital can be made in her memory.
