She is survived by: her husband Brad Bates; her children, Grady and McKenna Bates; her parents, George Thomas and Janice Thomas; and her siblings, Keri (Chris Teribury), Erin Thomas, Nick (Leslie Thomas), Nate (Jessica Thomas) and Luke (Brie Thomas). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
