He is survived by: his children, Lionel, Jr. (Julie Fields), Keith Fields (Kristy Cimilluca), Leonard Fields (Jessica Russell), Lois Hammond, Shirley Smullen, Derek and Troy (Glenn Richards). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
