She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Glezen and Violet Glezen; the father of her children Gordon Gathany Sr.; her former husband Richard Herbert; her husband Jim Wooden; and her siblings, George Glezen, Joyce Burhans and Gail Gwardyak.
She is survived by: her former husband Gordon Gathany Sr.; her children, Brenda Simonik (Bill Garner) of Endicott, Gordon Gathany (Beverly) of Carnegie, PA, Michelle Benjamin (Kevin) of Alpine and Steven Gathany (Vicki Grassi) of Endwell; her grandchildren, Tiffany Simonik, Joshua Gathany, Clark Benjamin, Scott and Ryan Gathany; her great grandchildren, Ameliana, Samantha and Olivia; and her sisters, Susan Pochily and Bonnie Martin of Maine, NY..
