She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Balzer; her former husband Joseph Kurtz, Sr.; her brothers, Albert "Skip" Pitcher, Frank Haus and Paul Haus; and her parents, Albert Sr. and Ruby.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Jr.; her daughter-in-law Norma Kurtz; her grandchildren, Thomas Kurtz, Andrew Kurtz and Neena Kurtz; and her siblings, David Haus, Russ (Margaret Haus), Donna (Ken Beers) and Gurdon "Scoot" (Carol Pitcher). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
