He is survived by: his mother Bessie Mae Kurtz; his wife Leslie Kurtz; his children, Kelly Kurtz, Patrick Visconti, Katie, Amanda Chen, Morgan Kurtz and Jalen Torres; his grandchildren, Riley, Nicholas and Kyler; and his siblings, David, Lori Kurtz, Eddie, Lona Kurtz, Michelle Thomas and Karl Newman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
