It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Austin Maureen of Candor, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gail Austin may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gail Austin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Austin and Doris Austin; and her sister Sandra Walker. She is survived by: her children, Deanna (Christopher Archer), Michael (Sara Kowalski), Kristin (Abraham Medina Jr.), Steven Kowalski, Rachel (Robert Pryber) and Jennifer (Austin Peterson Jr.); and her brother-in-law Lee Walker. She is also survived by grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Christ the King Fellowship Presbyterian Church (75 N Main St, Spencer, NY 14883).
