It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank L. Updyke (Candor, New York), born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Scholla and Robert Updyke, Sr. (Barbara); his siblings, Robert, Jr., Mike Updyke and Mary McAllister; his father-in-law William; and his sister-in-law Frieda Billings (Fred).
He is survived by: his wife Laura Updyke; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Anette Updyke; his daughter Annette; his son-in-law Glenn Dougherty; his great grandchild Jayce Waylon Updyke; his siblings, Bill, Maxine Updyke, Terry Coates, Jennifer Luu, Tracy Updyke, Kathy Updyke, Peg Granger, Joyce Stewart, Lloyd, Carol and Ken Decker; and also, Justin Updyke, Jorden, Allie Updyke, Jessica, Gino Martone, Alicia Updyke, Lindsay Dougherty and Joel Dougherty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
