He is survived by: his parent Mae Anderson; his sister-in-law Marion Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Fred Middaugh, Jack Castline, Wayne Anderson, Gerald Anderson, Michael Middaugh, Timothy Middaugh, Lori Bell, Melody Anderson and Bonnie Hornbrook.
