He is survived by: his wife Eunice Blinn; his children, Bernard, Donna Blinn, Denice, Bob Peckins, Pansy, Stanley Foster, Larry, Sandy Blinn, William Blinn and Katie Keough; and his siblings, Joyce Page and Ronald Blinn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
