She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert, Sr. and Teresa (Tess); and her brothers, John F. Rutledge and Patrick. She is survived by: her friend Lisa Lavoie of Canastota; her brothers, James A. Rutledge of Bethesda, MD, Michael A. Rutledge of Leland, NC and Peter A. Rutledge of Canastota; her nephews, Michael Scott of Syracuse, Samuel D. of Bethesda, MD, John F. Jr. of Nicasio, CA, Chad of Bath, ME and Benjamin Rutledge of Boston, MA; her niece Tessa Adams; and her cousin Margaret Reilly (Peg) of St. Catharines. She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
