He was predeceased by: his father Mariano Passante (DeVencenzo); his siblings, Nicholas Passante, Mary Awad and Rose Lucarelli; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Giufre, Salvatore "Sam" Giufre, Frank "Sharkie" Giufre, Giuseppe Giufre, Freida Buda, Angeline Starks The, Frankie, Brenda, Margarette and Bunny.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine "Jay" Giufre; his son Thomas; his daughter-in-law Sandy Passante of Canastota; his daughter Mary; his son-in-law Patrick James of Oneida; his grandchildren, Alyse, Joseph DiGeorge of Canastota, Kayla and Joshua Duffy of Cazenovia; his great grandchildren, Joseph Michael DiGeorge, Sophia Josephine DiGeorge, Arianna Jae Duffy and Luca Jay Duffy; and his siblings-in-law, Carmen, Muriel Giufre of Fayetteville and Mary Cesario of Stuart, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
