He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Russell and Nora Richards Russell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Miller Russell; his daughters, Donna Pacana (Mark) and Laurie Fiaretti (Timothy) of Rochester; his stepdaughter Jeane Miller of North Syracuse; and his siblings, David Russell of Massena, Evelyn Wells of Grand Rapids, MI and Roselea George (Joseph) of Baldwinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
