He was predeceased by: his father Philip E. Cox, Sr.; and his uncle Nathan Cox. He is survived by: his mother Sally Cox (Wiediger) of Canastota; his son Joey; his mother-in-law Sarah A. Venne; his wife Sarah; his children, Philip E. Cox, III of Canastota, Caterina Rose Cox of Canastota and Joseph Thomas Cox of Canastota; his stepmother Susan Cox of Lee; his grandmother Marilyn Jordan of Canastota; his stepgrandmother Elizabeth Cox of Sherrill; his sisters, Rebekah (Felix Tianga) and Olivia Cox of Canastota; and his cousin Jeff Cox. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Face coverings and social distancing are required at the funeral home and church.
