He was predeceased by: his mother Sue Ann Lynd (Edger); his brother Todd Lynd; and his nephew David Lynd. He is survived by: his father Alton Jr. Lynd; his children, Morgan and Kane Lynd; the mother of his children Donna Lynd; his siblings, Paul (Yvonne), Mike and Janice Lynd; his close friend Janey Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Brooke (Britney Visscher), Joshua Moore, Trinity McDonald and Jordan Sims (Marc Lynd).
