He is survived by: his parent Retha Smith (Pollard); his spouse Cora M. Winchell; his children, Raymond Smith of Lowville and Katrina Solano of Palm Coast, FL; his son-in-law Chris Solano of Palm Coast, FL; his children, Brien Helmer of Canastota and Cindy VanLare of Duncan, OK; his sons-in-law, Robert VanLare of Duncan, OK and John Carolla, Sr. of Oneida; his sisters-in-law, David Smith, Elaine Smith of Canastota, Dennis Smith of Oneida, Richard Smith and Ellen Smith of Canastota; and his sister Joyce Clark of Canastota.
