He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Case and Leona Case (Sandro); and his granddaughter McKenna Case-Wright. He is survived by: his wife Margaret M. Scott; his daughter Brandy J.; his son-in-law John Fredericks of Canastota; his sons, Shane B. Case of Canastota and Anthony J. Case of Canastota; his grandchildren, Howard Mosher, Hunter Fredericks and Caden Fredericks; and his sisters, Carol Lasher of Canastota and Dawn (Danny Royal). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
