He was predeceased by: his father William H. Hetherly. He is survived by: his wife Marie Bernard; his children, Brian Hetherly (Candy) and Karen Danna (Thomas); his siblings, Gail Sullivan (James) and Gary Hetherly (Linda); his grandchildren, Desirae, Deidre, Danielle and Bryce; and his great grandchild Lylah.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations to made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
