She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hart and Viola Hart (Youman); her son James Cortes; and her siblings, William'Bill", Theodore "Ted", Paul, Charles, David, Beverly Ruion, Elizabeth Chafee and Carol Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Musacchio, David (Felicia Musacchio), Michael (Thelma Musacchio), Hector Cortes, Jr. of Chittenango, Jose (Bonnie Cortes) and Teresa Cortes; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hook, Anthony, Brian, David, Michael, Mark Musacchio, Tina Soto, Nicole, Lisa, Keisha, Danielle Musacchio, Brandy, Tiara, Tiffany, Cienna Cortes, Alex Shepard, Jose', James, Troy Cortes, Alexander, Scott, Risa and Maiura; and her sister Arlene Loomis of Canastota. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
In her memory, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
