He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary Picciano Basilio, Sr.; and his siblings, Jesse De Stassan, Lucy Cesarini, Matilda Mosca, Anna Wimmer, Nellie Backus, Delores Musacchio and Carmen Basilio.
He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria Basilio of North Syracuse and Candace Jorgensen (Cody) of Omaha, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Arthur Homewood III, Joseph M. Basilio III and Mabel Kay Jorgensen; and his brothers, Armando Basilio of North Syracuse and Paul Basilio (Jean) of Canastota. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
