James H. Anklin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2025, at the age of 94, James H. Anklin of Canastota, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Anklin. He is survived by: his children, Michael Anklin, Michele Ficarra (Frank) and Richard Anklin (Karen); and his grandchildren, Heidi Arends, Steven Berkey (Mariah), Jeffrey Veitenheimer (Regina), Daniele Koester (David) and Michael Anklin (Missy).
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (1341 Murray Dr, Chittenango, NY 13037).
