He was predeceased by: his son Jack M. Jenkins; his former spouse Patricia; his parents, Jack Jenkins and Nancy Jenkins; and his granddaughter Madyson Jenkins.
He is survived by: his spouse Magnolia Raines; his brother Tim; his daughter Vicky Jenkins of Canastota; his granddaughters, Myranda and Trynity Jenkins; his stepchildren, Erika Raines of Killen, Lawrence Noble, William Mahan, Kelsey, Ashley Ann, Chance, Cody, Joel and Darrianne; his siblings, Timothy A. (Melody) of Vernon Center, Jennifer Jones (David) of Beaver Falls, NY and Jessica Johnson of Durhamville, NY; and his close friend Phyliss Lighthall of Oneida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
