Cotten of Canastota, New York, born in Eden, New York, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Cotten and Mabel Cotten (Trifthauser); his son Brian J. Cotten; and his siblings, Jane Hydick, Elmer and Paul Cotten.
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Cotten; and his children, Allen J. Cotten and Jan H. Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
