He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Stoddard and Dorothy Bliss Stoddard; his grandsons, Justin and Corey Stoddard; and his siblings, Gloria Webb Cobb and Gary W. Stoddard.
He is survived by: his wife Emilie Seitz; his children, Ellen M. Eisenhut (Arnold) of Chittenango, Janet Gray (A. J.) of Morrisville, George H. Stoddard (Kathy) of Lee Center, James M. Stoddard (Charlotte) of Canastota, Thomas W. Stoddard of Canastota, Paul D. Stoddard (Patty) of Chittenango and Phillip A. Stoddard (Denise) of Oneida; and his siblings, Kathleen Garrow (James) of Durhamville and David Stoddard (June) of Durhamville. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
